Can centrifugal forces be created in a enclosed pelton wheel when it's rotating to higher speeds?
If yes then would it be possible to discharge the water coming out from jet via a discharge pipe connected to casing of pelton turbine as found in real centrifugal pumps. PI tell me even if this happens to the much degraded degree. I'm looking for at least the possibility of it
However, water striking out the buckets is left with dimished energy but as the wheel is rotating continuously then there should be chances of develoment of centrifugal forces may lift the water.
PI state reasons too.
